The Taos Hanuman Temple is the primary Western ashram of Neem Karoli Baba, consecrated with a life-sized white marble murti of Lord Hanuman sculpted in Jaipur and shipped across the globe by Maharaj Ji’s early Western devotees.
Sacred History & Manifestation
Established by Baba Ji’s devotees including Ram Dass and Krishna Das following Maharaj Ji’s instructions to "feed everyone and love everyone," this high-desert sanctuary continues daily Hanuman Chalisa chanting, morning and evening aartis, and community prasad distribution.

Fly to Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) or Santa Fe Regional Airport, followed by a scenic 2.5-hour mountain drive to Taos, New Mexico.

- •Photography inside the sanctum sanctorum is prohibited.
- •Chant Ram Naam and Hanuman Chalisa with reverence.
- •Prasad is pure grace; receive it with both hands.
